This ensures that no project is ever turned over unless the customer is completely satisfied. We specialize in site planning and acquisitions, design, additions, remodeling, commercial and residential new construction, and disaster cleanup and remediation. Our projects range in size from small residential remodels to 50,000 office buildings.

Disaster Recovery, Debris Removal, and Reconstruction

We utilize the latest technology in order to keep all lines of communication open with our customers, vendors, and employees. All of our field staff are equipped with mobile online offices allowing them to stream live video and audio to anyone one of the project team. We have found that this helps to solve common issues instantly and avoids costly delays. We also utilize the internet for all of our vendor communications keeping an up to date database of all project documents including plans, specifications, and customer selections. We pride ourselves on our constant commitment to improvement and always keeping all lines of communication open.

It has been our philosophy since we were founded in 1997 to treat all of our vendors and employees as customers. Through this we have developed a vendor base that not only prefers to work for us but actually enjoys it. Our automated electronic scheduling system is updated daily and notifies our vendors of any schedule or selection changes or potential changes as soon as they are encountered. This allows for our vendors to plan better and the job is always ready for them when they arrive. Through these relationships we not only get our jobs done on time but get the best prices in the industry.

Choosing the Right Contractor - Make sure he.....

	Has the appropriate insurance, license, and other requirements for the business he is involved in.
	Has a number of references that are willing to recommend him as a reliable contractor. He does the project in such a manner that I will be happy to recommend him to a future customer.
	Gives a fair bid for the work he performs.
	Is a good listener and a good communicator. He returns my phone calls promptly.
	Does not let me pressure him into a work schedule that he knows he will not be able to fulfill. He explains to me that I am an important customer to him. He explains that my project is one of multiple projects occurring at the same time. Weather and other circumstances require both the contractor and customer to be somewhat flexible regarding project schedules.
	Furnishes a clear and concise contract so I know exactly what is included and what is not included in the contract. Neither a professional contractor nor myself like surprises. If changes occur, a professional contractor will provide a written change order detailing the change in the cost of the project.
	Understands that obtaining the building permit is the contractor’s responsibility. He does not ask me to obtain the permit for him for any reason. He always obtains the appropriate building permit and has the permit posted before the work begins.
	Takes the initiative to call me and inform me if the start date on the project has been changed from the original start date.
	Has an understanding of the background for building code requirements. He understands that the building code requirements are a necessity to ensure life safety and lasting value to the customer.
	Does not ask for final payment for the project until the final inspection by the building inspectors is completed and approved.
	Takes pride in the service he performs and obtains satisfaction from a job well done and customer satisfaction.
