Disaster Recovery,
Debris Removal, and Reconstruction
Catastrophic storms - such as tornados, hurricanes, blizzards, &
floods - cause extensive and severe damage. The scene after a catastrophic
storm can diminish hope, leave people in a sense of disarray, and cause many to
believe they will have to start over from scratch. Communication systems are
typically out of service making it almost impossible to contact help in the
immediate period following a storm. There are many people that thrive on
this and take advantage of people while they are in distress. Not us.
As a State Licensed, Insured, and Bonded General Contractor, we have trucks
pre-fueled, heavy equipment, and crews ready to be dispatched immediately
following a disaster. We service the entire Southeast United States.
Our pre-disaster service contracts give our
customers the piece of mind that no matter what the disaster help is on the way.
Once part of our protected family there is no need to contact us after the
disaster we will be there for you within 24 hours after the conditions are
safe.

Residential and
Commercial Remodeling
It is the perfect time to remodel or add on to your existing home, bathroom,
kitchen, or business in order to meet your ever growing and changing needs.
Through our design build and construction services we can help you turn your
dreams into reality. We have a full time highly experienced design and
construction staff committed to quality and customer satisfaction. Our
firm prides itself on our ongoing commitment to constant improvement. We
utilize the total quality management approach to business and apply it to the
construction industry. Implemented in 1997 our
"ZERO DEFECT"
policy means we do not accept final payment or leave a project until the
customer is 100% satisfied with our work.
We utilize the latest technology in order to keep all lines of
communication open with our customers, vendors, and employees. All of our
field staff are equipped with mobile online offices allowing them to stream live
video and audio to anyone one of the project team. We have found that this
helps to solve common issues instantly and avoids costly delays. We also
utilize the internet for all of our vendor communications keeping an up to date
database of all project documents including plans, specifications, and customer
selections. We pride ourselves on our constant commitment to improvement
and always keeping all lines of communication open.
It has been our philosophy since we were founded in 1997 to
treat all of our vendors and employees as customers. Through this we have
developed a vendor base that not only prefers to work for us but actually enjoys
it. Our automated electronic scheduling system is updated daily and
notifies our vendors of any schedule or selection changes or potential changes
as soon as they are encountered. This allows for our vendors to plan
better and the job is always ready for them when they arrive. Through
these relationships we not only get our jobs done on time but get the best
prices in the industry.
We treat all of our projects as they were our own home no
matter how small or large. We go to any lengths to ensure 100% customer
satisfaction on all of our projects.

Chinese
Drywall Restoration
Do you
have smells of rotten eggs and are you constantly
having to replace appliances and electronics in your home? If so you may have one
of the estimated 100,000 homes that contain a gypsum wallboard (Drywall)
made in China that is defective and is releasing toxic corrosive gases,
that may be potentially damaging to your health, into the air inside your
home.
We offer
FREE INSPECTIONS of you home to see if it contains
the Chinese Drywall and inspect for damages that have may already have occurred and
provide you with a proposal for the complete restoration of your home so
you can start to enjoy your investment and get your life back to how it
should be. Call us at 954-444-7732 or email ryanj@tqcs.com
to schedule an appointment for your inspection.
Potential
Hazards and Remedies
Health concerns reported related to
the toxic gases include an array of respiratory problems, nosebleeds,
irritated eyes, and headaches. Of very serious concern is the
possibility that the Chinese Drywall is emitting excessive amounts of
hydrogen sulfide fumes, which can cause extreme irritation,
unconsciousness, and even death. The Florida Department of
Health has confirmed that some Chinese drywall gives off a material
called Strontium Sulfide, a chemical compound that can smell like rotten
eggs. Testing also revealed that Strontium Sulfide is a corrosive
agent and has caused Appliances, A/C's, whole house electrical systems,
TV's,
Computers and anything containing copper or aluminum parts,
including circuit boards, to corrode rapidly causing it to cease
operation in a year or two. So far test on the two main gases show
they did not pose a known risk to human health, however, there are many
other gases being given off as well that are still being studied. Sulfur
gas is heavier than air, so it settles near the floor where children and
pets are so pay close attention to signs of any symptoms in them and try
and keep electronics elevated.

Our mission is to transform our customers’ visions into reality with integrity, teamwork, competence
and innovation with an emphasis on creating value by saving our customers’ time,
costs, and energy. We focus all of our efforts on complete customer
satisfaction and making sure that all of our customers expectations are met or
exceeded.
One of the most important services we can offer to any of our
customers or anyone looking for a contractors is this simple checklist to make
sure they do not choose a Contractor that they will regret.
Choosing the Right Contractor - Make sure he.....
- Has the appropriate insurance, license, and other
requirements for the business he is involved in.
- Has a number of references that are willing to recommend
him as a reliable contractor. He does the project in such a manner that I will
be happy to recommend him to a future customer.
- Gives a fair bid for the work he performs.
- Is a good listener and a good communicator. He returns my
phone calls promptly.
- Does not let me pressure him into a work schedule that he
knows he will not be able to fulfill. He explains to me that I am an important
customer to him. He explains that my project is one of multiple projects
occurring at the same time. Weather and other circumstances require both the
contractor and customer to be somewhat flexible regarding project schedules.
- Furnishes a clear and concise contract so I know exactly
what is included and what is not included in the contract. Neither a
professional contractor nor myself like surprises. If changes occur, a
professional contractor will provide a written change order detailing the
change in the cost of the project.
- Understands that obtaining the building permit is the
contractor’s responsibility. He does not ask me to obtain the permit for him
for any reason. He always obtains the appropriate building permit and has the
permit posted before the work begins.
- Takes the initiative to call me and inform me if the start
date on the project has been changed from the original start date.
- Has an understanding of the background for building code
requirements. He understands that the building code requirements are a
necessity to ensure life safety and lasting value to the customer.
- Does not ask for final payment for the project until the
final inspection by the building inspectors is completed and approved.
- Takes pride in the service he performs and obtains
satisfaction from a job well done and customer satisfaction. A professional
contractor is prosperous and respected in the community where he works and
lives. A professional contractor also makes an important contribution to my
community. Click here for a Guide to
selecting the right contractor.
