20th St Plaza Retail Interior Buildout 

1929 N. Federal Hwy, Boca Raton

The project consists of demolishing and reconstructing the interior of approximately 1000SF of interior retail space in 20th Street plaza in Boca Raton.  This is the Unit next door to the unit we previously retrofitted two years ago and will be very similar in nature.  The Storefront needs to be replaced as well as modifications to exterior structural walls, Interior work includes, Electrical, HVAC (Cost for new Unit as alternate), Ductwork, plumbing, drywall, paint, flooring, storefront, and interior trim.  Please email or fax your bid to to ryanj@tqcs.com or 954-827-0114.

We are Currently the LOW BIDDER AND AWAITING NOTICE OF AWARD

We are currently the contactor that was awarded this years annual contract and we have been doing work in the city of Boca for over 20 years.  If we can all keep all pencils sharp we should be able to win with out an issue.  The bid is very easy and provides quantities and only requires you to enter a unit price.  We used a variety of subcontractors throughout the project and had no allegiance to any as we could not find the perfect match.    The more scope of work you can self perform the easier the job goes and the more money you can make so be  sure to include you can on the bid form attached  (INCLUDES ADDENDUM #2 NOW UPDATED WITH ALL PLANT SIZES AND SPECS)  as part of  Addendum #2 being sure to read the special instructions and email or fax if to ryanj@tqcs.com or 954-827-0114
