This is the Unit next door to the unit we previously retrofitted two years ago and will be very similar in nature. The Storefront needs to be replaced as well as modifications to exterior structural walls, Interior work includes, Electrical, HVAC (Cost for new Unit as alternate), Ductwork, plumbing, drywall, paint, flooring, storefront, and interior trim. If we can all keep all pencils sharp we should be able to win with out an issue. The bid is very easy and provides quantities and only requires you to enter a unit price. We used a variety of subcontractors throughout the project and had no allegiance to any as we could not find the perfect match.
