WE ARE THE CONSTRUCTION MANGER/GENERAL CONTRACTOR ON THIS
PROJECT AND IT HAS ALREADY BEEN AWARDED TO US
This project has been awarded to us. Project consists
of the construction of a new 2500SF bank and Drive thru and all associated
sitework. Phase 2 will be a 3 story 10,000 SF office building on the same
site that will commence upon the completion of the bank facility. The
plans for the office building will be completed July 1st, 2008.
Light Gauge Steel and Structural Steel bids are due ASAP.
We need to select a contractor immediately and have shop drawings created.
Our permit is ready and we need to submit the shop drawings prior to being able
to pick it up.
